Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders!

We are pleased to provide a variety of shipping options based on your delivery location and product being purchased.

All items ship with no additional shipping charges to all over the world for delivery with 7 to 9 days from order placement.

Shipment Processing Time

Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 3 pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am – 8pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Sumptuous cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Sumptuous’s control.

Delivery restrictions

The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us.
  • Items purchased from the Sumptuous website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you.
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items.
  • Orders containing fragrances and décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
  • Python and crocodile products may not be shipped to California.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped by a courrier. Each email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Shipment Issues

Lost Shipment

If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after 3 days, please notify us at [email protected].

We will work with the courier that shipped your item(s) to file the appropriate claims.

Damaged Shipment

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Please notify us at [email protected].
